Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee.

If you cancel, reschedule, or don’t show up on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service fee.

You will receive an invoice for the fee, which must be paid in full before you can book any future treatments.
