Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to the following fees:
Last-Minute Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our staff schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
Cancellations made less than 1 business day before your appointment will incur an automatic 50% charge of the total service booked, to your card on file.
In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show on the same day as your appointment, a 100% charge of the total service booked will be automatically charged to your card on file.
If you are ill and can not make your appointment, you must call our office at (920)316-2741 to notify our staff.

Following any incurred charges, your credit card on file will be charged, or you will receive an invoice for the fee, which must be settled in full before scheduling any future treatments.
